Role Overview We’re hiring a Sales Associate for our Ghitorni office. This is not a typical showroom retail role — it focuses more on on-call follow-ups , coordinating with architects/designers , and visiting project sites , with minimal in-store walk-in traffic. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram Follow up with designers, homeowners, and site managers to close inquiries Visit clients or projects in Delhi NCR when required Maintain structured records of all leads, orders, and follow-ups Coordinate with the team for quotations, timelines, and dispatches Build client relationships and represent the brand professionally Who We're Looking For Strong communication in English & Hindi Comfortable with follow-ups and handling multiple inquiries Presentable, punctual, and self-driven Experience in sales/client coordination preferred (interiors, decor, lighting is a plus) Basic training in lighting will be provided Compensation Fixed Salary : ₹20,000/month Performance Bonus (Tiered Commission): ₹0–50,000 monthly sales: 2% commission ₹50,001–1,00,000: 3% commission ₹1,00,001 and above: 4% commission 💡 Bonus is calculated on the total order value generated each month.
